About Me
I am a Counselling Psychologist with over ten years of experience working in NHS and independent mental health services. I have supported adults navigating anxiety, low mood, eating difficulties, relationship challenges and times of uncertainty or transition.
I completed my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at City, University of London and I am currently at the end of a four year training course in Systemic Psychotherapy, which has deepened my understanding of how our difficulties are rarely isolated within us as individuals. They are often connected to family histories, cultural narratives, attachment patterns and the broader systems we live within.
My early clinical work included specialist roles within NHS Eating Disorder Services, where I worked with individuals experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I have held senior roles within digital mental health services, focusing on supervision, training and clinical quality.
Living and working across different cultural contexts, in the UK and Cyprus, has also influenced how I understand identity, belonging, and the complexity of feeling “in between”.
I also feel deeply at home in the therapy room. Supporting others has always been an important part of who I am not just professionally, but personally. It is a space where I feel grounded and whole, and I bring that sense of presence and commitment into my work with clients.
In our work together, I aim to offer a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely collaborative.
