How I Can Help
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You do not need a diagnosis or a clearly defined “problem” to begin. Often, it starts with a sense that something feels difficult, stuck or overwhelming.
In individual therapy, I commonly support adults experiencing:

Eating difficulties and body image concerns

Perfectionism and burnout

Relationship difficulties

Stress and life transitions

Feeling “stuck"; when it is hard to name exactly what is wrong, but something doesn’t feel right
While my primary focus is individual therapy, I also offer couples and family sessions where relational work feels important.
Group therapy may be available at certain times of the year, depending on interest, including specialist groups for binge eating, carers of individuals with eating disorders, low mood, stress and self-esteem.

All services are currently offered online via a secure video platform in both English and Greek.
